As food editor at Working Mother magazine, Jennifer Perillo, adapts recipes to fit busy lifestyles. Her family-friendly recipes have also been featured in Parenting, Kiwi magazine and the New York Daily News. She's also living the part, making three meals a day for her husband and two daughters.
Before becoming a mom, writer, editor and recipe developer, Perillo ran Time to Eat, a personal chef business in New York City. Services included preparing ready-to-heat homemade meals for busy professional and on-site catering for business lunches and cocktail parties. Time to Eat was featured in the New York Daily News, Time Out New York, online at CNNfn and in local newspapers.
After a successful three-year run, Perillo ventured into the New York City restaurant scene to further cultivate her hospitality and service skills. She’s worked with world-reknowned chefs, including Tom Colicchio, when he was the top chef at Gramercy Tavern, and Alain Ducasse, as the Events Director at his namesake restaurant in the Essex House.
