Thanks for the link to the Clementine Paddleford article! I'm thinking about doing an all-Gourmet Thanksgiving (the beauty of being relatively young, no kids...and no set-in-stone traditions - last year we had lobster and Peking duck) and this was a very fun read. Can't wait to participate in Gourmet, Unbound!
