While perusing Gourmet's online catalog, I came across this lovely Thanksgiving round-up by Clementine Paddleford originally published in the November 1947 issue. Wait 'til you see some of the prices—certainly makes me want for yesteryear. So, has anyone started thinking about their Thanksgiving menus this year? What favorite Gourmet recipes will adorn your holiday table?

Thanks for the link to the Clementine Paddleford article! I'm thinking about doing an all-Gourmet Thanksgiving (the beauty of being relatively young, no kids...and no set-in-stone traditions - last year we had lobster and Peking duck) and this was a very fun read.
