It is interesting - you made the same good points that a local author made yesterday on a local TV show we were on. Her book is called 'Deep Roots'. I like the points you made and your recipe looks divine too! Stay true to yourself- you've got the right instinct. :-)

Great post! We all need to be more conscious of where are food comes from. Barbara Kingsolver's book "Animal, Vegetable, Miracle" really opened my eyes to these issues. Your recipe looks delicious.
